We regret to have to inform you that the Grants Program is temporarily on hold because of a shortfall in our fundraising efforts. Our Club is working diligently on fundraising efforts in 2025 to raise the funds necessary to continue to provide grant funding to eligible non-profit agencies who provide necessary and much-needed services to the children and youth of Josephine County. Our goal is to increase our fundraising efforts this year so that we can continue to support our Grants Program in 2025 and beyond.
Grant Report: Will be due no later than 30 days following the end of the Grant Review Period. The Grant Report may be available earlier, dependent on completion of grant activities.

Grant Eligibility Guidelines
Eligibility Considerations and Requirements:
Requestors with which the Kiwanis Club of Grants Pass, Oregon members are actively associated with on a non-paid basis.
Focused on purposes directly benefiting Josephine County.
Funding may also be permitted to a small number of organizations directed to purposes that are considered regional, national and/or international.
Kiwanis Branded Programs.
Funding that benefits children.
Funding that involves “hands-on” participation by club members and the community at large.
Requests that have a significant influence on the desired results, such as providing seed money, resulting in matching funds, or enabling a program to exist that would otherwise be unable to do so.
The following are excluded as potential grant recipients, in the absence of exceptional circumstances:
Individuals.
Organizations without non-profit status.
Government entities.
Individual Schools or PTA’s.
Sports Teams.
For-Profit Enterprises.
Organizations using grant proceeds for golf tournaments, car shows, or similar fundraising events.
Organizations using grant proceeds to award scholarships.
Religious Institutions, except for non-sectarian projects open to the general public.
Organizations that require religious observance as a condition of receiving services.
Organizations that do not adhere to the Kiwanis Club of Grants Pass, Oregon Non-Discrimination Policy.
Grants Pass Kiwanis Non-Discrimination Policy
The Kiwanis Club of Grants Pass Oregon and Kiwanis Foundation of Grants Pass, Oregon are committed to the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all activities involving their organizations.
